Popis pozice:

As a Scrum Master, you will help dedicated teams to develop and deliver challenging and important TV projects and products. You will monitor and control the scrum process and work within a team of developers to increase efficiency and timelines. Your job will be to make sure that projects are working smoothly and every team member has the necessary tools to get his/her job done on time:

Role and Responsibilities:

☑️ Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo etc.

☑️ Ensure the correct use of scrum process

☑️ Support forecast of deliverables

☑️ Expert in estimation and planning

☑️ Shield his team from outside distractions and interferences

☑️ Track and remove impediments

☑️ Helps the team to get the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint

☑️ Acts as a safeguard for his team

Profil kandidáta:

Professional Requirements:

✅ You have 2+ years of experience in a similar position

✅ You have Scrum Master certification

✅ You are fluent in written and spoken English;

✅ You have excellent communication skills

✅ You have a hands-on and mindful approach to complex challenges.

✅ Strong work ethic, positive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
