Take care of our global servers deployed in the USA, EU, Malaysia, etc. for the company production system. If you are experienced in Linux server administration and you are open learning OpenVMS, read on.
Popis pozice:
☑️ Provide technical support and monitoring of servers running the OpenVMS operating system.
☑️ Resolve operations issues promptly. Be part of the rotating on-call support.
☑️ Administer the system, install HW and SW components and patches, perform upgrades.
☑️ Participate in the definition, preparation, and execution of IT systems strategies within the global enterprise.
☑️ Participate in OpenVMS HW/SW deployment projects in Europe, Asia, and North America.
☑️ Cooperate with key vendors.
Profil kandidáta:
✅ Experience in Linux server administration
✅ The familiarity of the OpenVMS Operating system and Alpha/Itanium HW is a plus
✅ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both written and verbal
