Our newly created international logistics team (based in Prague) responsbile for planning and scheduling timely placement of the trucks and vehiclesat each of our fulfillment centers across Europe, is seeking new colleagues to join our team as „Junior planner“.
Our team responsibilities:
- plan and schedule trucks and vehicles according to the needs of our fulfillment centres accross Europe, based on their capacity and carrier capabilities to ensure maximum efficiency
- create accurate capacity plans
- be the point of contact between different stakeholders such as Trans Carriers, our hubs agents and warehouses, to resolves any potential issues via facilitating the flow of information
- maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis
Excellent communication skills are must, both verbal and written, along with your analytical mind-set and above-standard organization will be your key tools required to communicate with the Customers, Customer Service Associates, Delivery Station Managers, and Delivery Associates in real time, to perform the above tasks.
Work in shifts – morning( 7am-3pm) or afternoon(3pm – 11pm).
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
- Fluent English + GERMAN, POLISH or FRENCH
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
- pro-active attitude with strong problem solving state of mind
- flexiblity to be comfortable with a multi-tasking in a high-energy environment, and be ready to work in shifts (am, pm)
Ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements, be able to analyze data and notice trends. Candidate´s ability to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time is key to us. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form, but no previous experience is needed.
