We are looking for a new colleague for our manufacturing plant in Nachod region.
Your responsibilities and duties:
- Independent, target-oriented acquisition of new clients in cooperation with the Senior Sales Manager (of Group) in NL, from the first phone call over the negotiations with potential customers, calculating, quoting, up to final contract signing, reponsible for the implementation of new projects up to first series production
- Maintenance and further development of existing BI clients
- Margin responsibility
- Provide reporting to Sales Director (of Boltjes Group) in NL
- A close and efficient collaboration with other departments
- Active participation in the company for 4 days a week (1 day at the customer)
Your skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Czech (C2) and English (C2), another language (German, Dutch, etc.) would be an advantage
- Experience in sales, optimally in the field of engineering and project managing
- Networking skills and good interpersonal skill to communicate and ability to grow business in BI
- Able to work flexibly including outside office hours and to travel when required
- Knowledge (experienced in) of Excel, Word
