- Act as a main contact person for customers and internal sales force
- Receiving orders and processing of standard orders while complying with all agreed conditions
- Responsible for the administration of delivery notes and invoices
- Issuing credit and debit memo to customer in case of any discrepancy
- Managing returns and refusals from customer
- Follow special requirements for deliveries
- Cooperation with Finance in terms of credit control
- Daily cooperation and communication with customers, sales team, supply chain team, logistics providers
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least High School education
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or customer service
- Fluent Romanian and fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of SAP
