Your responsibilities will be:

  • Client portfolio development – build strong and long term relationships with clients and customers
  • Existing Account Management within the assigned territory
  • Manage assigned resellers, source potential customer and identify their needs
  • Ensure the goals are met, further growth and partner sales performance is achieved
  • Cooperate with other departments as needed to help drive performance
  • Communicate business activities with partners (B2B business)
  • Act as a support and advisor to resellers to ensure the right collaboration, decide on sales campaigns to maximize new pipeline
  • Motivate the inside sales team to achieve a goal
  • Inform partners about new promotions, products, offer and marketing activities
  • Responsibility for market management
  • Generate new sales leads and develop sales opportunities
  • Pays attention for maintaining and developing of the business relations
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Conducts outbound sales call to customer and potential accounts in an assigned District
  • Analyze market trends and requirements

Relocation to Prague!


  • Native or native-like German speaker!
  • At least Upper-intermediate knowledge of English
  • University degree or equal education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales and target oriented person
  • Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills
  • Sales acumen and drive
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics
