Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with wide range of HR related tasks on daily bases – communication with employees to accommodate their queries via phone or email
- To be able to interpret company policies and procedures, and advise employees and managers accordingly
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics – case management, analysis, tracking, and documentation
- To suggest practical solutions to day to day issues
- To participate in projects and migrations with focus on area of expertise
- Cooperation with other internal HR/Payroll/DM/Finance functions as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English and French
- At least Bachelor´s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years HR/Customer service experience, preferably in SSC environment
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook i.e. you can draw a graph, create and filter charts, put together a presentation and make sure that your outlook is not a mess
- Have proactive attitude so that you don´t get lost within everything that´s going on around you
- Superb communication and organizational skills
