Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Investigate and resolve customer's problems
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  • Administrative tasks
  • Resolving clients´ requests during initial contact
  • Forwarding queries to the appropriate departments
  • Monitoring of daily transactions
  • Proposing solutions for ad-hoc situations


  • At least Bachelor degree
  • Ideally previous experience in customer service (but we are open to fresh graduates as well)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • At least upper-intermediate French
  • Analytical thinking
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
