Hi! We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to develop Portfolio of Information systems of client by managing a lead generation and sales effort primarily by phone and internet communication. You will be expected to prospect and develop new customer leads in agreed market segments, service conversations and close business on a monthly basis. In doing so, you will call into prospective customers, build relationships with the decision makers and qualify their business needs.

Responsibilities of the role are:

  • Client portfolio development – build strong and long term relationships with clients and customers
  • Existing Account Management within the assigned territory
  • Manage assigned resellers, source potential customer and identify their needs
  • Ensure the goals are met, further growth and partner sales performance is achieved
  • Cooperate with other departments as needed to help drive performance
  • Communicate business activities with partners (B2B business)
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Inform partners about new promotions, products, offer and marketing activities
  • Responsibility for market management
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Conducts outbound sales call to customer and potential accounts in an assigned District
  • Analyze market trends and requirements

  • Fluent Croatian speaker + fluent English
  • University degree or equal education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales and target oriented person
  • Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills
  • Sales DNA and drive
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics
