For our client, a major international company, we are searching for entrepreneurial and dynamic candidates with experience in sales of IT products, fluent English, to join the global support team in Prague.

Your responsibilities will be:

• executing on targets
• analyzing sales statistics
• building strong working relationships with stakeholders and country management
• providing performance statistics and reporting
• managing people
• motivating sales force
• acting as a support and advisor to resellers to ensure the right collaboration
• informing partners about new promotions, products, offer and other marketing activities
• ensuring that quarter and year goals are achieved
• identifying new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school/University degree or equal education (ideally in Business Administrative environment or IT)
• 2 years experience in sales or customer service (sales environment, IT sector is an advantage)
• Fluent in English
• People management skills
• Target oriented person
• Strong motivation to work toward goal achievement
