We are looking for a Scripting Specialist for an international American company to work in a large R&D centre in Brno. If you have a master or bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related industry, interest in networks and know some Python, Bash or another similar scripting language, you are a welcomed candidate.
Popis pozice:
Your responsibilities will be to:
- implement continuous integration and delivery
- support and deploy products of the company
- design and write automated tests for new features and to improve and maintain existing ones
Profil kandidáta:
Minimal requirements:
- Bash and Python scripting (or similar)
- advanced knowledge of a Linux platform
- Installing and deploying Linux based systems (RHEL)
- by examining log files identify application/system issues
- analytical thinking and interest in networks and protocols
- English B2
Bonus skills:
- scripting in TCL/Tk
- debugging tools: GDB, Strace, Ltrace, Valgrind
- network tracing: Wireshark, Tcpdump
- system monitoring: Top, Htop, Iotop, Netwatch/Nethogs, Nagios, ...
- virtualization technologies: VirtualBox, VMware, KVM, Docker, QEMU
