Požadujeme:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline (desired but not
essential).
- Good manufacturing management experience, demonstrating significant
results through Lean principles.
- Experiance in similar position
- Comprehensive planning activities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques.
- A clear understanding of Lean tools and techniques such as Value
Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 8 Lean Guidelines, JIT, single piece
flow, 5s, visual management, total productive maintenance, SPC and
communication tools.
- PC literate / numerically competent.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills to lead and
support empowered employees in a team environment.
- Energetic and enthusiastic displaying can do/ go-getting attitude.
- Experience of managing large numbers of personnel.
Pracovní náplň:
- To develop, implement and maintain operational improvements across
assigned Value Stream(s) to meet divisional annual improvement
objectives
- To drive and monitor Value Stream operational improvement using Value
Stream standard reporting tools / protocol associated with the
implementation of flow and maintaining flow management processes.
- Cost effective conversion of components to finished goods in accordance
with operational performance improvement requirements.
- Creating a culture of responsibility/ accountability, in order to drive and
uphold operational improvement and monthly performance targets.
- Management of all direct and indirect employees assigned to Value
Stream in accordance with budgetary constraints planned annually.
- Application of the Lean Tools across assigned Value Stream.
- Tracking and reporting of value stream operational improvement
- Identification of process capability improvement associated with material
conversion across value stream.
- To Champion Lean culture across the Value Stream / Core Process Area
supply interfaces.
- Employee competency development within value stream.
