Responsibilities:
- Align, implement and execute regularly FM and FI client and product strategies
- Define and establish processes and procedures (local/group-wide)
- Enforce relevant legislation and regulatory policies (contact to the regulatory authorities)
- Ensure support for the continuous development of products, services and new business developments for external and internal customers
- Build and hold strong long-term and consistent customer relationships
- Cooperate actively across business units within the organization
- Manage budgeting and forecasting of financial targets
- Deliver long-term sustainable performance and financial results
- Support digital transformation processes and drive “Change the Bank” projects
- Exercise management and leadership functions as member of the group´s management team
- Appoint and lead B-2 managers for the business
- Execute responsibilities in compliance with applicable rules and group approval standards
- Enhance an environment of high employee engagement and drive a strong people agenda (including talent management, career, and succession planning)
Profile:
- Experience in managing, leading, and developing large teams in a fast-moving, highly agile corporate environment (minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role)
- Expert in the banking sector with at least 5 years of relevant experience, deep understanding and knowledge of financial markets and treasury products (preferably familiar with Czech regulations)
- Adequate educational and academic background (degree in e.g. Mathematics, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related studies)
- Strong customer focus and understanding of the various product portfolios
- Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in English is a must, Czech and other market-relevant languages are a significant advantage
