• Soldering using a micro soldering iron (SMD components)
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and documentation
• Problem solving and fault diagnostics (troubleshooting)
• Repairing, assembling, adjusting, and setting up machines or equipment
• Morning shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

• Secondary education or vocational certificate (SŠ / SOU) with a technical background – mandatory
• Ability to read technical drawings – mandatory
• Experience with micro soldering – mandatory
• Manual and mechanical dexterity
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Advanced level of English
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently

• Base salary: 32,000 CZK / month
• Bonus: 0 – 3,500 CZK / month
• Subsidized meals (30 – 50 CZK)
• Housing allowance: 10 CZK / hour
• Possibility of weekly salary advances
