• Provide professional customer service for the European business units
• Processing customer orders and customer claims on time
• Maintain high customer service levels
• Be always ready to answer client´s questions and resolve different issues
• Be a part of process improvement initiatives
• Intercompany communication and negotiation
• Be driven by results – Monitor and report KPIs for services
• Provide best quality service for company
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

REQUIREMENTS:
You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Advanced English (will be used in both written and spoken form)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience 1–3 years in customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to organise time and tasks and prioritize
• Reliability, positive attitude
• Detail oriented

It will be advantage if you have:

• SAP knowledge or understanding of some other ERP system
• SSC experience
