RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously develop and maintains QA strategy, architecture definition
Develop and maintain QA methodology
Propose, discuss and design best fit QA solutions with other stakeholders
Revise methodology upon regular basis
Drive QA implementation according to strategy architecture and methodology definitions in development teams
Act as general QA escalation point
Develop, prepare and communicate consolidated QA reporting
Define overall QA KPIs
Overall QA implementation status
Support management in QA strategy related decisions
Supervise, support and align test team availability according to needs
Recruit new team members, build highly skilled & retaining engineering team
Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time
REQUIREMENTS
Degree; Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar is a plus
At least 5 years of experience in IT industry
At least 3 years of test leading / test management experience
Willing to travel on occasion
English Fluent
Skills & Knowledge – must have
Experience with test strategy, master testplan / testplan and acceptance criteria definition
Test and defect management tools experience
Experience with using software project lifecycle tools (i.e. Bug Tracking, Requirements Management, Version Control Systems, etc…)
Designs the automated testing strategy including maintenance lifecycle
Experience of performance testing strategy design
Skills & Knowledge – desirable
Experience with successful implementation of automated testing tools across the development initiatives (SeleniumHQ a plus)
Experience with performance testing implementation (Apache JMeter)
