If your answer is YES, you are the person we are looking for!
Successful candidate will be point of contact for customers and business partners of our client and will be responsible for:
- Handling pre-sales end user or partner enquiries with focus on sales lead generation
- Ensuring Sales team and partners receive qualified and comprehensive leads
- Coordinating with and training Sales team and partners to ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner and data entry standards are met to secure marketing database and reporting accuracy
- Maintaining regular contact with business partners to engage them, obtain their feedback and identify areas for further support, help them navigate through tools, incentives and programs to positively influence their business development and growth with our client
- Providing daily support to Partners, Sales and Channel Sales teams on sales enablement and partner program tools and Partner program
- Working with Partners on on- and off-boarding and developing their awareness of Partner program structure, requirements and tools
REQUIREMENTS:
Are you/ do you have:
- Customer focused
- communicative and your skills spoken and written are excellent
- Action oriented
- Strong problem solving
- Excellent at time and task management with ability to multitask
- Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
- Natural aptitude for technology
- Experience from call centre or customer support environment is a plus
Language skills:
- Fluent English
- Fluent in two of the following languages: Polish, Dutch, German, French, Russian
- Any other additional European language is a plus
