We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst for our client to join a growing, collaborative team.
In this role, you will connect business needs with technology solutions, working with data to support decision-making and improve processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to delivering impactful, data-driven outcomes.
Popis pozice:
- Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Work with data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories
- Collaborate with technical and BI teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Monitor implemented solutions and suggest enhancements
- Support project planning and prioritization activities
- Facilitate meetings and communicate findings clearly
Profil kandidáta:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Proficiency in data modeling, reporting tools, and visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with business process reengineering and automation
