Shipment Coordinator

At ExxonMobil, specializing in the oil and gas industry, I am looking for a Shipment Coordinator who will be responsible for the logistics related to processing of customer orders.

Popis pozice:

• manage logistics related to customer order processing 
• coordinate with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff, and shipping/receiving teams 
• answer customer inquiries and investigate complaints regarding services and policies 
• input, update, and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units 
• analyze customer load information to determine and verify appropriate routes, rates, and schedules 
• coordinate shipment schedules with vendors 
• receive direction and support for task execution 

Profil kandidáta:

• English at a communicative level 
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to solve different problems 
• collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces
