As a Talent Sourcer you will take on the initial contact and pipelining of talent, and manage candidates up to the interview process with our Recruitment Consultants.
You should be comfortable and effective at delivering optimal results in fast paced environments. As a member of our team, you will own engaging passive candidates for different roles in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Procurement, Human Resources, Sales and Customer Service.
What you'll be doing…
- Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc. – in the Czech Republic and abroad
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
- Provide consultation for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to enable recruiters and clients to be best informed
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates
- Creating target lists of companies and individuals for active and future openings, research target companies to develop lists of individuals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database
- Provide customer service to candidates and hiring teams

REQUIREMENTS:
- An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
- Team player, highly collaborative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry
- Motivated and result-oriented people, not scared by stretch goals
- Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
- Is highly preferable that the applicant has previous experience in recruitment industry
- Language skills: English (other European langugages are welcome, especially French, German, Spanish and Italian)
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision then, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Highly Desired Skills: a confident, engaging demeanor and great sense of humor :)
- Nice to have: experience working for an international company and supporting recruiting needs however no prior experience in personnel agency required, just positive and ambitious attitude!
