Key responsibilities:

• Communication with customers on daily basis and finding solution to issues with financial software
• Deep understanding of company product
• Review Implementation documentation
• Working with internal system
• Responsible for appropriate referral to other departments
• Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communicative level of French language
• Education or work experience in finance (finance or cost accounting)
• At least one year of work experience in support / finance area
• Accounting / Finance knowledge
• Enthusiastic about new technologies
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
