Group Reservation Specialist ensures complex GROUP BOOKING REQUESTS (hotel & inbound services according to request).
We are looking for you if you speak French&English fluently, and your are able to:
- manage bookings according to contracted booking policy efficiently and accurately using our Service Reservations Systems (booking and confirming services within deadline and budget)
- communicate via email and phone with stakeholders (hotel and services representatives)
- process cancellations and follow up procedures
- cooperate with the sales team to confirm final tour details
- negotiate with suppliers to provide good rates
- update the reservation systems accurately and process all changes (increase or decrease on group bookings, rates, etc.)
- monitor, manage and process change requests
- ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks
No shifts, regular working hours – Monday through Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
- ENGLISH AND FRENCH language skills – FLUENTLY !!!
- time management – meeting deadlines is crucial
- accuracy – eye for details
- solid interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- due to regular phone contact must have good ability to communicate
- negotiation skills
- previous experience from Travel or Hotel industry is a huge plus, as well as customer service background
