The HR BUSINESS ANALYST role will involve working with a number of internal and external stakeholders in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality time solution (based on Kronos Workforce Central).
Your responsibilities:
- Implement technologies and services to meet long term HR and Payroll business needs
- Change Management – Coordinate the rollout of new tools and systems
- Communication – to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis
- Develop and execute a user acceptance testing plan
- Drive global HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate localization
- Develop deep knowledge of time and attendance solution(s), advise the business on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of these systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, computer science, HR or related field
- English fluency is required
- 5+ years of HR systems analyst experience with strong time and attendance concentration
- Excellent systems knowledge, experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources
- Experience of Time and attendance HR product solutions strongly preferred (Kronos)
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings
- Outstanding oral, presentation and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
