- Establishing new Operating Model for CSS Europe
- Executing European aspects of integration processes for new CSS inbound transactions through successful transition into the CSS Model
- Ensure consistency to the integration approach, enabling HR to be successfully integrated and measured into CSS
- Develop and strengthen relationships across all areas of HR, partnering with sponsoring business units and functional executives to establish integration strategies
- Coordinate with Project Teams and Global Leaders
- Ensure and coordinate day-to-day execution of the overall integration processes (coaching cross-functional teams and leading integration team meetings)
- Ensure effective management of stakeholder communications
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into updated integration processes
- Negotiate budget transition into CSS from Regional and Global leads
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English (any other language is an advantage)
- Proven experience in driving complex multiple cross-functional transformation projects
- Ability to establish great relationship with stakeholders, ability to resolve issues
- Strong project management skills and experience (min. 2 years)
- H2R Shared services model operations (5 years minimum)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS
- Ability communicate and collaborate effectively and in professional manners
- Creative and innovative thinking, goo negotiation skills
