Your main responsibilities will be:

• Perform all payment collection procedures
• Maintains a professional and positive relationship with the clients
• Daily review of payments and non-payments
• Reconciliation of payments posted daily for reporting purposes
• Ensuring prompt payment
• Communicating with the customer via phone or email
• Resolve and answer any client queries
• Carrying out cash forecasts and reporting
• Cooperation with other colleagues
• Data collection and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English and Danish
• Be communicative :)
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach
