Contribute to the growth of the company and expand your HR experience by supporting the hiring process and providing excellent experience for our candidates and associates. The Infrastructure Operations team is looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and drafting employment contracts and all new hire-related documentation. You will also coordinate learning and development efforts while processing data requests, managing and researching inquires, and virtually supporting training delivery. You will work with a diverse HR team and contribute toward continuous improvement of HR services. This is a 6-month contract with a high possibility for expansion to permanent contract.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews for candidates in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region; support interview coordination in other regions when required
- Work with managers and recruiters to ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience
- Arrange travel for candidates and manage reimbursement for interview travel expenses
- Update and maintain our learning management system and administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) to update, audit, and maintain candidate data
- Create employment contracts and all new hire-related documentation; manage delivery and return of all new hire paperwork
- Work with the Data Coordination and Payroll teams to create new hire accounts
- Manage the new hire onboarding process, prepare employment confirmation letters, and create contract amendments for current associates
- Deliver HR services with a focus on learning and development, including planning, training logistics, vendor communication, and course set-up
- Contribute to global People Infrastructure Operations projects
POŽADAVKY:
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of experience in human resources, learning and development, or in a shared-service environment with a focus on benefits, hiring, HRIS, compensation, training, and compliance
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience with handling different types of issues and challenges; good problem-solving skills
