Marketing Manager -B2B electronics

Experienced professional in B2B Marketing - electronics located in Brno

For our client, renowned safety electronics company, we are looking for experienced B2B Marketing Manager for Czech and Slovak market.

Popis pozice:

Responsibilities:

· Define and implement marketing programs for the Czech Republic and Slovakia

· Initiate and coordinate local demand generation, prospecting and retention programs

· Optimize the company customer journey with the aim to maximize retention

· Marketing budget management

· Segmentation and maintenance of the customer and prospect database

· Development of all literature, website content, presentations, sales kits, brochures, POS materials

· Build and delivery of compelling external communications, event & training coordination

· Coordinate the production of the Monthly Sales Flyer and other marketing collaterals

· Manage the annual catalogue creation process

Profil kandidáta:

Our client requires:

· Bachelor´s degree preferably in marketing communications, or other related field

· Long lasting marketing experience preferably within B2B technical area

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· Professional proficiency in English, able to speak local language (Czech or Slovak) in case of foreigner

· Experience in database management, preferably within a CRM or marketing automation environment e.g. Marketo or Salesforce.com

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email marketing tools

· Basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML are a significant benefit

· Accomplished team worker with a cooperative attitude and the ability to motivate & influence team members without a hierarchical relation

· Able to self-motivate, work independently, deliver within a set timeframe and work in a dynamic fast-paced matrix environment

· Good analytical skills, strong project & budget management skills
