KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication support for more than 10,000 employees across the European Region
Manage all communication channels (email, multifunctional portal, newsletter, website and print materials)
Visual strategy for the European Corporate Shared Services model
Design of graphics and promotional materials according to corporate directives
Preparation of plans, projects, corporate presentations and templates
The organization of internal campaigns, events and charity projects from design to implementation
Manage websites
YOU SHOULD HAVE
University degree
2 or more years of experience on the similar position
Provable experience in writing internal & external communications in English
C1 level of English
Additional language (German/French) is a plus
Experience with Indesign and Photoshop
Extrovert personality and team work oriented person
Pro-active, with strong analytical & technical skills
Clear, effective, and tenacious communicator, strong reasoning and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
