Hello, we are Runecast.
Our Runecast Analyzer is used for mission-critical IT operations from deep sea to space. It catches configuration or security compliance errors in virtualized data centers before they lead to service disruptions or breaches. We are also performing Data Science research on ML and NLP for context-based free text processing to make this process even smarter.
We’re a team of entrepreneur-minded professionals from more than 15 countries – but united, with most of us in our largest operations center in Brno, Czech Republic. About the position:
We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team
We are a small company with a flat hierarchy, so everyone has direct access to the CTO, CEO, and other company founders. We work in self-organised, agile teams where everyone can share ideas and influence how things get done. Our team consists of trailblazers from a variety of industry backgrounds, who love to ‘growth hack’ new ideas and try to balance both data and experience to ‘cut through the noise’ and spread the word about Runecast.
Runecast is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter and this is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a member of our team, you'll be finding outstanding candidates who bring our Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and passion for tech to all that they do.
As a Junior Technical Recruiter at Runecast you will be responsible for our R&D positions within the Czech Republic.
You will have creative skills to cultivate relationships, build rapport and be the face of Runecast in a tough tech market. You’re a hunter of candidates and enjoy sourcing cold and passive candidates using various methods such as LinkedIn, social networks, referral programs, and more. As well as this you will be structured and an efficient recruiter who can bring organisation to fast-paced environment.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Actively manage the full cycle recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from first initial contact to their first day.
- Source active and passive candidates from LinkedIn, Our database, employee referrals, and through networking and research
- You’ll collaborate with hiring managers in Runecast and their teams to deliver a seamless recruitment process
- Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes, generating ideas and suggesting improvements
- Responsible for R&D tech positions in the Czech Republic
Your skills and experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in the tech market (Cloud, Software Development and Security)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (ideally in technical recruitment)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A recruiter who utilises ATS systems (we use Bamboo HR) for candidate and recruitment process management
- Passionate about people to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
