Your responsibilities will be:

• Take necessary sales actions to achieve sales goals and profitability targets for Czechia and Slovakia
• Lead the Sales Team
• Develop relationships with distributors, understand their needs and business
• Sales Communication, S&P Communication and Administration
• Follow new market trends
• Data Analysis and Performance Measurement
• Responsible for preparing annual sales budget plan

POŽADAVKY:What you shall already have:

• Relevant higher education
• Min. 5 years of experience in Sales
• Experience in FMCG
• Czech/Slovak native speaker with fluent English
• Project Management Skills
• Practical experience with contemporary digital skills, tools, platforms and applications
