The role includes:

• Resolving majority of client request during initial contact
• Answering emails and phone calls and responding to basic customer questions
• Recording call details on the account history
• Taking care of the customers’ needs
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
• Office tasks

POŽADAVKY:

• At least high school degree
• Ideally previous experience in customer service or telephone experience (but we are open to fresh graduates as well)
• Excel experience is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Analytical thinking
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
