- Take a participation in HR projects and migrations
- Participate in regular meetings to manage and maintain technical open items
- Coordinate deliver process improvements for HR
- Testing lead for function
- Ensuring successfully implementation of the transitioned processed
- Ensure process specification is duly documented and maintained up to date at all times
- Identify training needs
- Instigate process updates as appropriate
- Escalate operational constraints, troubleshoot to manager as appropriate
- Report main accomplishments and ongoing activities to manager on a regular basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field)
- Experience in Human Capital Management is must
- Technical skills – knowledge of Finance SAP / HR SAP / Workday or other applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English skills (additional languages are advantageous)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
