In this role you will:
Supervise and ensure the satisfactory performance of the EMEA Organization Development SSC team.
Support the team in providing service in activities related to organization development, which includes learning &development, performance management, talent management and succession planning area.
Build solid infrastructure of people and processes to ensure effective and competitive organizational development strategy.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining common & effective standards of delivering OD activities by the SSC Coordinators team in EMEA;
- Build team capability in OD area – ensure ‘back up’ and cross trained skill exchanges in the team to become self-sufficient for most scenarios
- Accountable for measuring OD interventions results ( like: trainings effectiveness measurement, evaluation, ROI and others)
- Agrees performance metrics for the team and provides information and KPI reports to customers at agreed timings. Resolve any performance shortfall and review workloads if adjustments are needed
- Identifies areas for continuous improvement.
Areas of our your responsibility and expertise will focus on:
Learning & development:
- Manages the team in order to deliver trainings in EMEA region according to the business needs when it comes to training logistics, financing and managing data in current LMS system (PDC).
- Delivers and updates one training curriculum for EMEA region in cooperation with OD function
- Together with the team, is responsible for cooperation with providers in EMEA
- Designs and manages branding and communication of L&D offer to ensure excellent employee experience from learning
- Supports the team in cooperation with HR BP’ s and Managers in managing countries needs when it comes to learning & development activities (training needs analysis)
- Together with the team provides reporting and analysis about the spending for training budgets.
Performance Management
- Together with the team is responsible for rolling out and coordination of the performance management process for EMEA region (PLP) and onboarding – communication of timeline, providing information and guidelines for employees, support employees & monitor implementation
Talent Management/Succession planning
- Communicates framework and timeline
- Monitors implementation within EMEA countries
- Secures data quality & reports preparation
REQUIREMENTS:
- HR or Business related degree or equivalent
- Previous work experience 3–5 years in managing organization development activities in SSC structures and supervising people
- Knowledge related to talent management, learning & development and succession planning area is must
- Strong people leadership and customer focus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proofed experience in process improvement and delivering results
- Capable to analyse and interpret data, able to work with metrics
- Strong PC skills and ability to analyse team performance/calculate effort/ produce KPIs
- Fluent in English
