Your responsibilities:

• To be part of a team, which is a first level of contact for employees of the company and is connected to all other levels.
• Answering customer/client telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner – resolving majority of client request during initial contact.
• Ensuring that the needs of all employees/customers/clients are met.
• Escalating queries to the appropriate departments.
• Cooperation with other departments within the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least high school education
• Fluent in German and English
• Working experience in a customer service role is an advantage
• Superb communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team work while ensuring follow up on individual responsibility
