- supporting Managing Director’s agenda with various tasks, working together with her as one team
- being responsible for communication of assigned tasks towards the top management members; tracking and ensuring their timely delivery
- organizing calendar and meetings according to understanding of MD’s priorities
- creating and maintaining presentations, reports, meeting minutes, confidential files, spreadsheets and other necessary documents
- managing and maintaining executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- dealing with ad-hoc tasks as they come in
POŽADAVKY:
- proven experience in a similar executive environment of at least 1 year
- discretion and confidentiality
- understanding of priorities of the executives and relationships with key stakeholders: – develop ability to act accordingly whilst anticipating situations and act with certain level of emotional intelligence
- assertiveness
- strong communication skills both written and verbal including excellent command of English and Czech
- basic computer literacy (mainly Google apps, MS Office – Excel, Power Point)
- knowledge of basic legal/business background (e.g. types of contracts, etc.)
- strong interpersonal & organisational skills
- analytical, logical thinking and detail-oriented person
- pleasant personality with problem solving skills, accuracy and high attention to detail
- representative behaviour and pro-active approach
