The data integration and analytical reporting applications team in Ostrava is now looking for a motivated and experienced reporting specialist.
The candidate will be responsible for the architecture and design of MS BI based reporting solutions.

Popis pozice:

Main responsibilities:

• Co-operation with the business to gather the requirements, design appropriate technical reporting solution and record into technical documentation
• Manage and provide direction and technical subject matter expertise
• Formulate and recommend standards and best practices for achieving maximum performance and efficiency of the MSBI platform
• Ensure that applications meet business requirements; identify and resolve systems issues
• Work on improvements and knowledge spreading of application-usage best practices

Profil kandidáta:

Qualifications

• The candidate should ideally have the following skills and competences:

• University level studies in computer science, Management Information Systems or other related area
• Communicative written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently & also in team with high self-motivation

IT expertise:

• Experience in designing architecture and building of DWHs, ETL procedures using SSIS & Informatica Powercenter
• MS SQL Server / T-SQL – understanding db optimization techniques
• MS SQL Server BI stack – SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• SSAS - Building OLAP cubes / Tabular Model (MDX, DAX)
• SSIS – creating ETL packages
• SSRS – report creation Paginated Reports, Mobile Reports
• Excel – advanced usage including VBA macros & PowerPivot
• PowerBI – creation of reports, basic admin tasks
