Functional Application Manager (Cisco)

Change management

• Advice/discuss new requests with demand management
• Support demand management with creation of functional design
• Implement functional design
• Instruct and cooperate with developer during realization technical changes
• Execute end to end testing of the solution
• Handover of delivered functionalities to both business responsible and IT operations including relevant documentation

Release management

• Prepare and execute releases

Incident management

• Execute Second and third line support for incidents

Problem management

• Analyze recurring incidents, propose structural solutions and handover to demand management

External partners

• Contact, escalate and coordinate incidents and changes

General

• Maintain and share knowledge on specific area using available resources (webinars, focus groups etc.)
• Actively participate in improvements in the incident and change management processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Information Technology
• experience as Functional Application Manager or similar
• Specialist/expert knowledge about one or multiple processes and technologies:
• Communication & Mobile Managment – Cisco Call manager, Unified communication, Citrix Xen Mobile, Mobile Iron, etc
• Collaboration tools – Cisco Spark, Slack, Skype for business (or Microsoft Team), Confluence
• Service/Project management – JIRA, Topdesk, Servicenow, etc
• English level B2
