Popis pozice:
Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager are:
- Answering technical part of RFQs
- Ensure conformity with customer specPrepare and manage the R&D expense budget specific to the project
- Coordinate meetings with PM, System Engineering and customer
- Setup technical project plan and timing for system metier
- Analysis of customer requirements together with Requirement Engineer
- (Customer requirement spec and Sys/SW requirement Spec)
- Coordinate of spec. reviews within the R&D departments(SW PM, Syst. Engineer, PM)
- Set up test strategyLead SW, system and system test team
- Regular project update of R&D scheduleUpdate R&D work tasks on daily basis to manage R&D project
- Coordinate project tasks with software, design, prototype and testingIndicate corrective actionsPerform daily project follow-up to the team
- Organize and participate in the regular meetings with customer
- Main contact to Customer R&D in collaboration R&D resident engineer.
Profil kandidáta:
Essential requirements are:
- Masters degree in technical area in one of the technical fields (Electronics, software, automotive, electrical engineering, automatization, machinery, physics, mechatronics, industrialization)
- At least 3 years of experience in projects as project team member/project manager
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Driving licence B
- Willing to travel to customer meetings in Europe
- Highly beneficial would be if you have any knowledge or some previous experience with:
- Automotive, electronics and software
- Using German language or working in german speaking environment
- Personality preferences:
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Result oriented person, analytical way of thinking
- Team player, assertiveness, open-minded, decision makingHigh level of motivation and work ethic with an emphasis on practical, hands-on work
