Key accountabilities:
- Infrastructure mgmt. and roles & authorizations mgmt.
- Planning of infrastructure measures for the annual DTSE-roadmap
- Demand mgmt and rolling forecast
- Optimization of processes the INA environment according to corporate policies
- Design and implementation of service performance evaluation
- Workstation inventory (APS)
- Providing mobile devices and contracts (including services for international TSI organizations)
- Planning and realization of space management
- Coordination and monitoring of approval guidelines
- Roles and authorizations (including authorization concept, system accesses and role management)
- Monitoring and documentation of KPI measures
- Cooperation in national and international infrastructure projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and/ or conception of roles and authorizations.
- Knowledge in operation of IT- systems and innovative Information Technologies
- Knowledge of IT-system environment of Deutsche Telekom finance division
- Know-how and several years of experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of financial, HR and/or procurement processes are beneficial
- Experience in project work and interface functions to related business units
- Experience in international projects.
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Czech/Slovac, German is a plus
