Key accountabilities:

Roles & authorizations management (SAP)

• Definition and development of roles and authorizations
• Analysis of new role requirements
• Support in optimization and harmonization of existing role structure
• Support to reduce Segregation of Duties risks
• Assistance for safeguarding compliance, legal and internal guidelines
• Sort out and debugging role problems

Project Management

• Leading and work international (role) projects
• Collecting role requirements in international projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 or more years of experience in SAP role and authorizations management and design (Controlling, SRM and/or BI)
• Knowledge about Segregation of Duties and safeguarding legal and other guidelines
• Experience in project work and leadership as well as in international projects
• Knowledge in reading and understanding ABAP coding
• Knowledge of financial, HR and/or procurement processes are beneficial
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German
