Delivering robust and scalable software: Build applications that are maintainable, high-performing, and capable of supporting critical FX business processes.
Driving technical innovation: Introduce new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and software quality.
Ensuring secure and reliable solutions: Apply secure coding standards and implement thorough testing to protect data and ensure system reliability.
Collaborating across teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to align software solutions with business goals.
Supporting continuous improvement: Contribute to process optimization, code quality standards, and best practices within the development team.
Maintaining industry awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends in technology and the FX domain, applying insights to enhance solutions.
Providing technical guidance: Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
POŽADAVKY:Technical Skills (Required):
Strong experience in Java programming with solid knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
Hands-on experience with multi-threading, performance tuning, and designing microservice architectures.
Familiarity with standard development and build tools (e.g., GIT, TeamCity) and understanding of DevOps principles.
Experience with unit testing and ensuring code quality, readability, and maintainability.
Knowledge of secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, design, and other engineering teams.
