Key accountabilities:
As a professional in the resource management you are responsible for the commercial steering of the IT-measures of the process platform “transactional finance processes”.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Development and steering of optimization measures in the procurement process including analysis of weaknesses and instigation of counter measures
- Development of technical designs
- Counselling of managers and employees regarding the procurement of resources
- Conducting of coachings and trainings concerning the procurement process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Know how of operational processes in IT-systems
- Good knowledge of the IT-landscape in the finance department of Deutsche Telekom
- Very good Know-how and perennial experience with MS Excel in order to create individual reports
- Extensive knowledge concerning the finance process chain
- Extensive know how regarding functional and process-related matters in neighbour departments
- Very good knowledge of innovative information technologies and agile methods
- Well-grounded knowledge of the Telekom group structure
- Very good English skills
- Very good German skills (advantage)
- Well-founded experience in the management of complex projects, if necessary in an international environment
- Expert knowledge in several oft he following areas: Accounting, HR, Procurement and overall expertise regarding complex and task specific rules and processes, e.g. approval processes
