What kind of CANDIDATES are we looking for?
- IT oriented English and German speaker.
- Detail-oriented applicants willing to develop their skills and grow.
- Customer focused candidates who will be responsible for a daily communication with clients about IT problems
- Candidate with very good in solving basic IT problems
- Be able to solve various requests and process them within ServiceDesk
- Be able to decide about priority of your task and manage it on time

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English and German
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and IT skills.
- Experience as technical support or IT help desk or customer service
- Proactive personality, customers oriented!
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written capabilities.
- Team player, positive approach.
- Experience in trouble shooting, as Service Desk and Incident and Request Management
