We are looking for suitable candidates for our international well known client, for IT SUPPORT WITH ENGLISH and DUTCH.

Responsibilities:
- providing exceptional customer service
- creating user profiles, edit and remove access and passwords
- provide customer support
- manage closing out of tickets with high quality
- ad hoc tasks
Location: Prague
Start: ASAP
REQUIREMENTS:
- IT background (preferably Windows environment, Citrix, Remedy, troubleshooting)
- previous experience from customer service
- fluent English and Dutch language (both oral and written)
- detail oriented, organized, and an ability to multi-task
- excellent customer service skills
- very good verbal and written communication skills
- excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently
