Duties:
- Attracting new corporate and leisure clients
- Establishing strong contact with travel agencies and corporate accounts for groups
- Maintaining communication with existing client base
- Increasing demand for the hotel from the events/fairs in the city
- Guiding rate strategy together with Revenue Manager
- Cooperating with hotel teams to enhance hotel’s product offers to meet client demands and/or to attract more clients
- Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel and review competition.
- Represent hotel at trade shows.
Requirements:
- Not less than 1 year experience in sales position (hospitality field)
- Fluency in RUSSIAN and CZECH. German is a plus
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excitement and willingness to work to achieve the goals, to win the business
- Readiness to assist in building the department from scratch
- Experience with CRM
