For our position JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST, we are seeking candidates who speak fluently ENGLISH, who have previous experience in HR department, and who are interested in working in an international environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Solving employee´s queries
• Processing HR transactions
• Paying employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records.
• Maintaining HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
• Administrating and coordinating of HR processes such as employee benefit program, personal data changes
• Reporting analysis, tasks, and documentation
• Cooperating with other team members

REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate is required to:

• Speak fluent ENGLISH (knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage)
• Have Bachelor´s degree in HR, Business Administration or any other related field
• Have at least 6 months of an experience in HR department
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work individually as well as a part of a team
