We’re looking for Load Controllers who will take responsibility for aircraft weight a balance for flights worldwide.

Popis pozice:

• Ensure every aircraft is correctly loaded and safely balanced for take-off using aviation systems
• Support flights for international airlines (your daily tasks may vary depending on the airline you handle)
• Communicate with Load Controllers across multiple locations, as well as with airport teams worldwide
• Work in a 24/7 shift operation, including weekends and public holidays
• Start with structured onboarding - full training provided, supported by experienced colleagues

Profil kandidáta:

• A strong sense of responsibility and a safety-first mindset
• Solid math and analytical skills (and the habit of double-checking details)
• Confidence to ask the right questions and verify information with airport teams when needed
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and good organization
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
