Your Responsibilities
- Installation of System Servers and Infrastructure Systems like printers, switches, firewalls and server side applications
- 1 st level enduser support in Ostrava on site for office and production users and in remotely for
- Hilite employees wordlwide
- 2 nd level enduser support in Ostrava on site for office and production users and in remotely for
- Hilite employees wordlwide
- Responsible related IT support (computer, network, backup and system).
- Processing and tracking of issues in the company‘s own Help Desk.
- Documentation of Changes, Infrastructure and Architectures
- Report to IT Infrastructure Manager
- Compliance with working time
- Compliance with the employer's internal regulations and occupational health and safety and fire safety regulations
- Respects the further instructions of their superior
Requirements
- 3-year standard vocational training, preferably in the field of computer science and operational experience or comparable
- Qualified further training: certifications regarding various IT systems
- Additional qualification: In-depth knowledge of specific IT Infrastructure such as Microsoft server operating systems, firewalls, and network components.
- Specialist experience 4 years
- Flexibility, collaboration, communication: within the scope of the task
- English fluent
