We are currently looking for suitable candidates that want to join international IT company in Prague 4!
Job desription:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Active searching for candidates
- Screening candidates resumes and job applications
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Development of a recruiting pipeline
- Designing and implementing the recruiting strategy
Start: ASAP
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Location: Prague 4
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in sourcing and recruiting
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn
