Working methodology :
one operator runs two automatic machine (barfeeder or robot feeding) and a machine for small series production.
First you need to program the machine by cam software (Top Solid) than you need to go to the machine and produce first piece afterwards the rest of the series is produced by an operator.

Responsibilities
The client is looking for the people with experience with
5 (simultaneous) axis milling machines.
CNC operator/ programmer on the milling machines type MAZAK or DMG or HERMLE (last 2 with Haidenhain interface)
- To set up correctly/programming milling machine by CAM software TopSolid
- The employee should be able to program CNC machine in English
- Operating van de machines during production of first part
- Therefore the experience with one of the above mentioned machines is required.
- High degree of accuracy needed, as the produced parts are very small.
- Ability to work totally independent, form receiving the drawing, analysing the drawing, independently setting up the machine, programming and quality control
- Producing of single elements but also serial elements
- You will make small series and unique parts

Salary Conditions
Gross salary…19–20€……./an hour:
You will work regularly during the weekends.
You will work in 2 shifts: – 6.00 – 14.00 of 14.00 – 22.00
- after a few months – food vouchers – 4.91 Euro per day
Shift premium: Morning ……. Afternoon…………….. Night: ………………….
Possibility to make overtimes during the week and also on Saturdays!
